Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a ProofWall account you agree to these terms. If you are using ProofWall on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

ProofWall lets you create collection pages, collect testimonials with consent, and display them through public walls and embeds. We may improve or change features over time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• Collect testimonials only with the consent of the person submitting them.
• Do not publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse engineer the service.

4. Plans and payments

The free plan is offered as-is. Paid plans are currently sold as a one-time 30-day pass in INR through Razorpay and exclude applicable taxes. Passes do not auto-renew; you can renew manually from your billing page. When a paid pass expires, the account automatically returns to the free plan. GST invoices are available on request at info@trustfield.dev.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you upload. You grant ProofWall a limited licence to host, process and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. Testimonial authors can request removal by contacting the business or ProofWall.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep ProofWall available, but the service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofWall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

7. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing info@trustfield.dev. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

8. Operator and contact

ProofWall is operated by Trustfield (sole proprietorship), India. Questions about these terms? Email info@trustfield.dev.
