1. Who we are

ProofWall (“we”, “us”) provides a social proof platform that helps businesses collect, manage and display testimonials. You can reach us at info@trustfield.dev.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Campaign content: campaign names, prompts, brand colours and settings.
• Testimonial content: the name, role, company, rating, text and optional video submitted by your clients.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and error logs needed to operate the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the service, publish the testimonials you choose to collect, secure accounts, improve the product and comply with the law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Consent and testimonials

Testimonials are collected only after the person submitting them explicitly consents to publication. You can hide a testimonial from your dashboard at any time. If you believe content should be removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

5. Data retention

We retain account and testimonial data while your account is active. You can request account deletion by emailing info@trustfield.dev; we delete associated campaign and testimonial data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or withdraw consent for your personal data. Write to info@trustfield.dev to exercise these rights.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions are signed and stored in HTTP-only cookies, and data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Our infrastructure providers maintain industry-standard security controls.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (an HTTP-only session cookie) and local storage to remember your attribution source. We do not use advertising cookies inside the product. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.

9. Sub-processors

We use carefully selected infrastructure providers to run ProofWall: Vercel (hosting), Neon (PostgreSQL database in Singapore), and Razorpay (payment processing in India). These providers process data only to deliver their services to us under their respective security and privacy commitments.
